Refund policy

Exchanges:
Items are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached.

Exchanges will not be processed if the item does not meet these conditions.

If you wish to exchange an item due to a sizing issue, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time of request.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, and original receipts/invoices must be included.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.


Refunds:
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds are accepted in case of manufacturing defects. If the item is proven defective, we will cover all return shipping costs.

If the item is not defective, but you still wish to return it, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
